  • Your timed entry tickets are only valid for the time and day you’ve chosen while making your booking. Do make sure to arrive within your chosen time slot.
  • Visits to the locker rooms and benches are currently closed due to the renovation work at the stadium.
  • The tour route may change due to the renovations and any events at the stadium. You’ll be informed of this change at the entrance, the ticket counter, and on the Real Madrid website.
  • On match days, you can access the museum and the panoramic view of the stadium up to 5.5 hours before kickoff.
