The stadium visit was great, you get in very quickly, no queues, everyone is so friendly and available to help. The museum fascinated us, everything is really nicely done and described. The time of the visit is also great because you see everything. The stadium is huge and beautiful, worth a visit! I recommend it to everyone!
Everything went very fast, we had no problems with the tickets, they downloaded on the app correctly and we enjoyed our experience, it was my husband's birthday present and he left very happy.

great! We even managed to get in 15 minutes before the start time. Too bad some rooms weren't available because of construction work.

The palace was great Our tour guide was too busy keeping the children entertained by asking questions and listening to the children that you might as well been at a school exercurssion. Might as well just went in by ourselves and paid for ab audio. Was waste of money
Sergio gave us one of the best tours we have ever done in Madrid. He was full of information that educated and entertained. The Royal Palace has to be seen to be believed .. so beautiful. Would recommend without hesitation!
Our guide was fantastic. Good pace, lots of interesting information, and he brough a tablet to show photos of events, other artwork etc. to enhance the tour and experience
A walk inside the royal palace with a very knowledgeable and history-loving guide, Stefania was very professional..., definitely the best guide we found... during our stay in Spain

Our guide, she's very lovely and informative, and most of all respectful of the places. Our tour was very organized. We learned a lot from her. Thank you Andrea! I think that was her name.
The guide was so knowledgeable and her personality allowed her to engage in a very friendly manner with a diverse group of people. Her sense of humour was also very much appreciated.
Beautiful palace, and lots of information from our tour guide Amamba, who was also happy to call for us with the taverna where we'd forgotten our bag.
Jesus was excellent! He had great English and very knowledgeable about the history of the palace! He kept a good pace and was very thorough! I loved it!
Really pleased we took the time to book this english speaking tour. Our guide Beatrice was both friendly & knowledgeable. The brief city tour en-route to the Royal Palace was very interesting for us as our Spanish history is not great. The Palace tour itself was much better by having Beatrice talk about all the important aspects of each room we visited and lots of extra bits of history that we would have missed had we tried to do it by ourselves. We would throughly recommend! Great tour!
Luis made good use of the short walk to the hotel to add a little more history. All in all, an interesting, well-filled tour. Luis didn't make it boring either. There is a point deduction because the quality of the headphones was not good. Sometimes the connection was lost or there was a rustling in the line. One of my headphones failed completely

The palace was very crowded so we waited 30 minutes in line even though we had skip the line tickets. This was not the tour company's fault and they did warn us about the delay and offered refunds for those who didn't want to wait. Our tour guide was very informative and provided a lot of history and co text to what we were seeing on the tour
The friendliness of the guide who was with us and her amusing way of making the visit more entertaining. Lots of information told in a didactic and entertaining way.

It was a really good idea to rely on you for the tour of the Royal Palace in Madrid. Cristiana, our Italian-speaking guide, was knowledgeable, very polite and entertaining with her many anecdotes about history and palace life.

On time evey minute of it. These guys know their trade!Gude Cristiana very knowlegeable and fun.Very impressed in a good vay. Recommended.
The palace was beautiful. The tour seemed superficial. We expected more in depth information about the art in the rooms. The space was very crowded and often difficult to find the guide. We liked the guide and felt she was rushed. She had great info about the different kings.
We visited the Royal Palace of Madrid on 9 May using Skip-the-Line Tickets, and it was one of the most enriching and well-organised experiences of our entire trip to Spain. Skip-the-Line Experience: The skip-the-line tickets were absolutely worth it. Even mid-morning, the general queue was long and slow-moving. With our fast-track passes, we bypassed the line entirely and were inside in under 5 minutes. The process was simple — a staff member scanned our mobile voucher, and we were directed straight to security. If you're travelling during high season or with family, this is a great way to save time and conserve energy for the palace itself. Inside the Palace: The Royal Palace of Madrid (Palacio Real) is not only the largest royal palace in Europe by floor area but also among the most opulent. Although the Spanish royal family doesn’t reside here anymore, the palace is still used for official ceremonies — and it shows in every corner. Each room is more breathtaking than the last. Highlights include: The Grand Staircase: Designed by Sabatini, it's an architectural marvel with detailed frescoes and statues. The Throne Room: Absolutely majestic with its red velvet walls, golden lions, chandeliers, and Tiepolo’s ceiling frescoes. The Royal Armoury: A hidden gem, with a stunning collection of ceremonial armour and weaponry — great for history buffs. The Royal Chapel: Beautiful and serene, showcasing religious art and architectural harmony. Banquet Halls and Audience Chambers: Rich in historical detail and royal symbolism, with intricate tapestries and porcelain rooms. The use of audio guides or booking a guided tour is highly recommended — they offer deeper context into each room, the palace’s role in Spanish history, and the artistic significance of what you're seeing. Gardens & Views: Don't miss the Campo del Moro Gardens behind the palace, or the view over Plaza de la Armería. The palace is perched on a hill, so you get stunning panoramic views of Madrid and the surrounding landscape. Practical Tips for Future Visitors: Arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for finding the entrance and going through security. Download or bring headphones if you're using an app-based audio guide. Wear comfortable shoes — the palace is large and includes a lot of walking on stone or marble floors. No photos are allowed in many rooms — respect signage. Try visiting early in the morning or midweek for fewer crowds inside, even with skip-the-line access. Restrooms and gift shops are available near the exit — worth a visit for books and royal-themed gifts. Overall Experience: The Royal Palace of Madrid is a must-see. The skip-the-line access made our visit smooth and stress-free, allowing us to focus entirely on soaking in the history, grandeur, and artistry of this incredible place. Whether you’re a fan of architecture, history, or simply curious about European royalty, this experience delivers immense cultural value. A truly memorable part of our visit to Madrid.
Marisol took us on a walking tour to the palace and with amusing anecdotes she was able to tell us the history of that part of the city and of the palace with fascination.

The tour is well worth it. Our guide, Aitana (I hope I spelled her name correctly), was phenomenal in providing much-needed context for each of the works of art discussed. She demonstrated a deep knowledge of the information presented and was able to answer public questions with ease and effectiveness. Her expertise and engaging explanations significantly enhanced our understanding and appreciation of the art. I highly recommend both the tour and our guide, Aitana. Rick G.
I felt cheated...I thought we were going to be in my group (4) and in the end we were 10 and the guide better focus on the art and stop with stories and stories.... and I think he should ask what we want to see and agree not to show the 10 paintings that he is interested in?

We were lucky enough to take a tour of the Prado with Juan Antonio and it was an excellent experience. His way of guiding is pleasant, close and very informative, as if we were talking among friends. We went with a 10 year old boy and at the end of the tour he said to us in surprise, "It's been two hours already!!!?" - He loved it! Juan Antonio managed to capture the interest of everyone, young and old, with his knowledge and charisma. Without a doubt, when we come back, we will look for him again. highly recommended!

Ticketing was easy. Guide was well informed. Please teach people how to adjust volume on the headsets before starting the event. I missed much of what was said because the guide did not help me when I asked him to increase his audio output volume because I couldn't hear him.
We loved our guide's extensive knowledge of the masters and her unique commentary. The meeting point was easy to find and the tour was just the right length for an overview of the museum.
Our guide, Anna- Christina, was so knowledgeable and she made our visit a true experience. Booking, ticketing, meet and greet was very easy. Definitely the best way to see the amazing art at the Prado.

Ander did a perfect job in navigating the group thru the museum and providing information on the pictures in an entertaining and easy to follow manner. It was fun and as promised by Ander we learned something. 😃 Thank you!
The guided tour was shorter than 1,5 hours, probably more like 1 hour and the group was 16 people so too big to stay close to the guide and ask questions.
Tour guide was fantastic. She gave us the history of some iconic paintings and others which gave us great perspective. if not for our guide, the museum would have been overwhelming and we would not have learned nearly as much. Thank you!

The audio tour was not great. Some historical buildings were not even mentioned!! Hard to follow which buildings were being talked about. Definitely not worth 26 euros - more like 10
It was nice. Good route and nice audios while going around. The only thing I didn't like was that it is named "Hop on Hop off tour" but its a bus without stops, so especially with kids it would have been better to have that option of going down whenever you'd like.
ould have been a great tour but there were no stops - unfortunately also no real visible info prior bying the tickets. That's a huge dissatisfaction for some of the spots we would have liked to visit a bit longer and continue the tour later which was not possible - but the tickets were already bougt.
Plus points: - always good to have a general view of a city - the 2 routes - historical & modern - are interesting Minuses: - too bad there weren't any intermediate stops so you could get off/climb to visit the sights - not all audio outlets worked properly - staff a bit nitpicky: with QR-Code + validity date, excessive to ask for printed tickets again

We had to wait for at least 25 minutes in the cold before getting into the museum. Your instructions of arriving there 15 minutes earlier along with a delay of getting into the building made us quite uncomfortable. Also, we thought this was a private tour, but it ended up as part of a teamof 13 people in total. I must admit the guide was good and she kept our interest throughout the tour
I received a cancellation notice from you two days before we were supposed to take a tour. We went to the meeting place anyway. Nobody showed up. I sent you two email requesting refund and never received any responses or refund. K. Matthewson
For those of us who wear hearing aids because we are deaf, they should offer hearing aids that go over the ear instead of in the ear, because when we remove a hearing aid to hear the guide we hear all the ambient noise, which in this case was the noisy guides with school children. In the case of the art at the Reina Sofia Museum, I would prefer anecdotes about the paintings, the museum and the painters rather than the guide's personal interpretation of the works.

We loved the layout of the museum, the wide variety of modern art ; the history, especially of the Guernica, and our guide was absolutely phenomenal!

The guide was not very professional, he was with a candy in his mouth listening to the audio guide. He repeated himself in the explanations and did not give the Gernika painting the importance it has, besides not explaining it properly.

I expected 90 minutes guided tour, but after 60 minutes we were left in the museum. Furthermore the first 5-10 minutes were spend before we entered.
-We booked an hour and a half visit, but it didn't last an hour. -Lack of punctuality. We were summoned at 12:45 (a quarter of an hour before we had to be there to check in) and we still had to wait because someone from the group was missing. -If the appointment with the guide was at the main entrance of the museum why did we have to go around the building and enter through the back door? Between this, handing out audios, going through the detector and going up the stairs to the tour floor we started at 13:15 (and finished at 14:09.

Our guide gave us a new appreciation of Modern art. Enjoyable and entertaining!
Our guide, Anna Christina, was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She created an experience that exceeded our expectations and allowed me to learn more than I ever expected. Best guided museum experience!
Anna Christina was a wonderful guide for the Reina Sofia. I learnt so much. Finding Anna Christina was tricky though as the instructions need to be updated to explain the meeting point is inside the museum entrance by the library and that the entrance only opens at 10am.
Audio guide was not great quality. Our guide gave some good information about avant- guard art starting from cubism and ending with Guernica. I would have liked to be told what other galleries we didn't visit included. It would have been interesting to look at one or two of picassos pre cubist paintings ( in one of the other galleries) to contrast with his cubist works.
by making plans to have a guided tour, we were able to skip the long line. Our english speaking tour guide was informative and made our time interesting and entertaining.
Our guide! She was wonderful. The starting was awful. Organizers pretty late, too much fuss getting organized (names, earphones etc no connection in the beginning..) Our guide was great. Excellent english, nice details. She is partly english:)

I thought I'd visit other monuments and famous places, but the tour was fine. Thank you very much.

the experience was very pleasant. Too bad the guide didn't speak French.

I couldn't get there because there were Pride Day celebrations and they closed stations and roads..... Nobody warned me.... I was 20 minutes late

The tour is sufficient in terms of duration. However, there are some things to report to improve the service. The bus is old and takes in water from the roof ( it was raining ). The guide is only in Spanish and English, we should distribute audio guides and have more languages. In short a little disappointing, it can be done much better.

Highly recommended, the guide in particular (Lion) demonstrated knowledge and group management. The tour was well designed as well.

Lively tour of Madrid's main sights. I liked the tour guide and the experience of the night tour of the city.

Petite expérience touristique sympathique avec une guide sympathique aussi. Vraiment dommage que le parcours n'inclus pas un petit tour autour du Santiago Bernabéu
good service, they could improve it giving a moment to take pictures of the places where they take us, and it should start a little later to be able to see the places illuminated.

Booked by a friend, the bus was difficult initially to find but once there was a smooth process to get onboard. The red route was informative , with options to disembark even though it was not a hop on hop off bus. The green route was too quick and at times had no narrative of the site's available.
Getting to know a little more about Madrid but it was very quick.

The tour had only 1 stop , start and this bus have no stop all other city s I can hop on and hop off but , but not in Madrid . After the tour I took a tuk tuk and it stopped at some of the sights. I was able to get out and look at everything and then continue on. That wasn't possible with you. I'm used to hop on and hop off. I've experienced Barcelona, Rome, Genoa, Naples, Paris... differently.
Very boring especially in the recorded part. Lots of historical notions between dates and names .... but not very engaging. The modern tour makes no sense at all . Totally useless staff on board

Everything I loved! But... We did not find the 1hour free electric scooter ride. We even get taxi went to the place you instructed us to go and we found none.
Lots of beautiful things seen very special. Pretty quiet in the bus around noon

The audio Gide was out of sync
We did this tour as a family and it was a hit. Kids loved waving at everyone from the open deck. The walking tour after was super informative—guide had energy for days!
Great for covering a lot in one go. We did this as a couple and managed to see everything we wanted in half a day. Tapas were tasty, but you gotta ask the driver for the voucher (almost missed it!). Also, don’t forget sunglasses—Madrid sun is BRUTAL.
Tour was better than expected. Walking guide was hilarious and the bus driver pointed out his favorite bakery! Loved every minute.
Took the panoramic tour solo and honestly it was the best way to get a feel for Madrid on my first day. I snagged a seat up top (get there early for the best spot!) and just soaked in the city. Loved cruising by the Palacio Real—looked even grander from above. Audio guide was chill, not too much info, just right. Weather was kind to me, sunny but breezy. If you hate walking loads, this is your move. Only bummer—no snacks on board, so bring ur own!
Did this with my girlfriend. Sat up top, got all the best pics, and the tapas at the end were delicious. Walking guide had great energy.
We did both routes with my wife—red and green. Red was our fave, goes by the big palaces. Audio guide had some fun facts but sometimes hard to hear (lots of traffic!). Still, way better than walking everywhere.
Honestly, this tour made our Madrid trip. We hopped on after a long flight and it was the chillest way to see everything. Staff was sooooo friendly. Walking tour was a nice bonus, not too long.
This tour is IDEAL for lazy explorers like me. Sat on the upper deck with my camera out the whole time. Weather was perfect (May is great for this btw). The commentary was fun—learned about the weird lion statues. Didn’t try the walking part but heard good things from the couple next to us.
Did this with my bestie. We’re both new to Spain and this made us feel like we got the lay of the land quick. Staff were super patient with our questions. Loved the little park stops—we got churros at one! Audio guide sometimes lagged but still handy.
