We had to wait for at least 25 minutes in the cold before getting into the museum. Your instructions of arriving there 15 minutes earlier along with a delay of getting into the building made us quite uncomfortable. Also, we thought this was a private tour, but it ended up as part of a teamof 13 people in total. I must admit the guide was good and she kept our interest throughout the tour

For those of us who wear hearing aids because we are deaf, they should offer hearing aids that go over the ear instead of in the ear, because when we remove a hearing aid to hear the guide we hear all the ambient noise, which in this case was the noisy guides with school children. In the case of the art at the Reina Sofia Museum, I would prefer anecdotes about the paintings, the museum and the painters rather than the guide's personal interpretation of the works.

The guide was not very professional, he was with a candy in his mouth listening to the audio guide. He repeated himself in the explanations and did not give the Gernika painting the importance it has, besides not explaining it properly.

I expected 90 minutes guided tour, but after 60 minutes we were left in the museum. Furthermore the first 5-10 minutes were spend before we entered.

-We booked an hour and a half visit, but it didn't last an hour. -Lack of punctuality. We were summoned at 12:45 (a quarter of an hour before we had to be there to check in) and we still had to wait because someone from the group was missing. -If the appointment with the guide was at the main entrance of the museum why did we have to go around the building and enter through the back door? Between this, handing out audios, going through the detector and going up the stairs to the tour floor we started at 13:15 (and finished at 14:09.

Anna Christina was a wonderful guide for the Reina Sofia. I learnt so much. Finding Anna Christina was tricky though as the instructions need to be updated to explain the meeting point is inside the museum entrance by the library and that the entrance only opens at 10am.

Audio guide was not great quality. Our guide gave some good information about avant- guard art starting from cubism and ending with Guernica. I would have liked to be told what other galleries we didn't visit included. It would have been interesting to look at one or two of picassos pre cubist paintings ( in one of the other galleries) to contrast with his cubist works.

The tickets for over 65 years old for guided tours offered by the Headout application at 0 price, do not exist in reality. Instead of those, two tickets were reserved for children under 6 years old. Easy ride from Madrid to Toledo and back. I liked the explanation about Toledo upon arrival and the view point. Unfortunately there was also a 'factory visit' of damescene jewelry, a real tourist trap which took precious time (45 minutes). This was not advertised and such damescene could be bought in many shops in town as well. The tour in centre of town and cathedral was nice.

The brief city tour en-route to the Royal Palace was very interesting for us as our Spanish history is not great. The Palace tour itself was much better by having Beatrice talk about all the important aspects of each room we visited and lots of extra bits of history that we would have missed had we tried to do it by ourselves. The truth that legend is a great pass, I recommend it 100×100, however the Santiago bernabeu I was quite disappointed because they direct you and practically force you to the photos that they do and tell you that it is part of the bernabeu tour being clear money and more money, now if you go to see the history of the beginning and club and others that is what I most focused on the phrases on the walls and trophies could cope and then see the field in works because the truth I did not like it.

The stadium visit was great, you get in very quickly, no queues, everyone is so friendly and available to help. The museum fascinated us, everything is really nicely done and described.
