We had to wait for at least 25 minutes in the cold before getting into the museum. Your instructions of arriving there 15 minutes earlier along with a delay of getting into the building made us quite uncomfortable. Also, we thought this was a private tour, but it ended up as part of a teamof 13 people in total. I must admit the guide was good and she kept our interest throughout the tour
I received a cancellation notice from you two days before we were supposed to take a tour. We went to the meeting place anyway. Nobody showed up. I sent you two email requesting refund and never received any responses or refund. K. Matthewson
For those of us who wear hearing aids because we are deaf, they should offer hearing aids that go over the ear instead of in the ear, because when we remove a hearing aid to hear the guide we hear all the ambient noise, which in this case was the noisy guides with school children. In the case of the art at the Reina Sofia Museum, I would prefer anecdotes about the paintings, the museum and the painters rather than the guide's personal interpretation of the works.

We loved the layout of the museum, the wide variety of modern art ; the history, especially of the Guernica, and our guide was absolutely phenomenal!
Guide was good. But tour was only i hour instead of 1,5 hours as promised.
Eva, the guide, is extraordinary in her explanations.

The guide was not very professional, he was with a candy in his mouth listening to the audio guide. He repeated himself in the explanations and did not give the Gernika painting the importance it has, besides not explaining it properly.

I expected 90 minutes guided tour, but after 60 minutes we were left in the museum. Furthermore the first 5-10 minutes were spend before we entered.
-We booked an hour and a half visit, but it didn't last an hour. -Lack of punctuality. We were summoned at 12:45 (a quarter of an hour before we had to be there to check in) and we still had to wait because someone from the group was missing. -If the appointment with the guide was at the main entrance of the museum why did we have to go around the building and enter through the back door? Between this, handing out audios, going through the detector and going up the stairs to the tour floor we started at 13:15 (and finished at 14:09.

I loved my trip to Madrid!! I was really afraid to take this solo trip, but the audio guide provided me with a lot of information and helped me navigate my way through the city.
What an experience. I totally recommend the self-guided tour as I could take a break when I wanted to and resume as per my convenience. It was a great way to see all the city's gems!
I was not really sure if I wanted to opt for the audio tour option, but my friends did try it out last month and I was as well satisfied with the experience. I visited quite a few popular landmarks in the city which I otherwise would not have explored if I had to do it my way.

Sightseeing, plan and punctuality however, it could be 1 more hour as everything was in rush، we must be at coach at sharp 4:30 and we just finished Cathedral around 2. This is the only cons it had
Instructions were clear and Toledo was lovely. We changed guides once in Toledo and I feel it would have been great if she had used a microphone like some guides from other tours. There were a lot of people a lot of noise making it very hard to hear her. She did her best under difficult circumstances.
Easy ride from Madrid to Toledo and back. I liked the explanation about Toledo upon arrival and the view point. Unfortunately there was also a 'factory visit' of damescene jewelry, a real tourist trap which took precious time (45 minutes). This was not advertised and such damescene could be bought in many shops in town as well. The tour in centre of town and cathedral was nice.
It lasted 7 hours instead of 8 like it was said when i bought tickets.
A charming and very interesting guide.

I thought an audio guide was included but told it was not within my ticket and I thought my ticket included a visit to the away changing room but again it did not.
Those mascots outside the stadium were very pushy and aggressive. The mascots demanded money, at first 100 euros and finally I had to give them something. The mascots were very threatening and without me noticing they also took 10 euros from my 13 year old child. The child said that he was afraid of the mascots and that they had tried to get more money. You should do something about it, because they are in the vicinity of the stadium and we tourists thought that the mascots were welcoming us to the stadium and that they were involved in the event itself.😡
It has been more than you would expect from a museum of trophies and practice tools. Wonderful emotional and heartfelt experience.

The stadium is very well maintained. Museum is too good with all the trophies, teashirts, shoes and football displayed nicely. Treatment to handicapped passengers was very nice. Renovation is done very superb and eye catching.
The guide had a habit of moving as she was talking which was distracting. When we were in the museum the music playing was way too loud and the guide had to shout to make herself heard.
Both of the tours were fantastic headout were fantastic from start to finish the tickets arrived in good time would definitely recommend headout.

Espectacular y muy ameno el recorrido! 100% recomendados!
Wonderful Place. Well organizer and the guide was top
Jesus was excellent! He had great English and very knowledgeable about the history of the palace! He kept a good pace and was very thorough! I loved it!
Really pleased we took the time to book this english speaking tour. Our guide Beatrice was both friendly & knowledgeable. The brief city tour en-route to the Royal Palace was very interesting for us as our Spanish history is not great. The Palace tour itself was much better by having Beatrice talk about all the important aspects of each room we visited and lots of extra bits of history that we would have missed had we tried to do it by ourselves. We would throughly recommend! Great tour!
Luis made good use of the short walk to the hotel to add a little more history. All in all, an interesting, well-filled tour. Luis didn't make it boring either. There is a point deduction because the quality of the headphones was not good. Sometimes the connection was lost or there was a rustling in the line. One of my headphones failed completely

The palace was very crowded so we waited 30 minutes in line even though we had skip the line tickets. This was not the tour company's fault and they did warn us about the delay and offered refunds for those who didn't want to wait. Our tour guide was very informative and provided a lot of history and co text to what we were seeing on the tour
The friendliness of the guide who was with us and her amusing way of making the visit more entertaining. Lots of information told in a didactic and entertaining way.

On time evey minute of it. These guys know their trade!Gude Cristiana very knowlegeable and fun.Very impressed in a good vay. Recommended.
The palace was beautiful. The tour seemed superficial. We expected more in depth information about the art in the rooms. The space was very crowded and often difficult to find the guide. We liked the guide and felt she was rushed. She had great info about the different kings.
We visited the Royal Palace of Madrid on 9 May using Skip-the-Line Tickets, and it was one of the most enriching and well-organised experiences of our entire trip to Spain. Skip-the-Line Experience: The skip-the-line tickets were absolutely worth it. Even mid-morning, the general queue was long and slow-moving. With our fast-track passes, we bypassed the line entirely and were inside in under 5 minutes. The process was simple — a staff member scanned our mobile voucher, and we were directed straight to security. If you're travelling during high season or with family, this is a great way to save time and conserve energy for the palace itself. Inside the Palace: The Royal Palace of Madrid (Palacio Real) is not only the largest royal palace in Europe by floor area but also among the most opulent. Although the Spanish royal family doesn’t reside here anymore, the palace is still used for official ceremonies — and it shows in every corner. Each room is more breathtaking than the last. Highlights include: The Grand Staircase: Designed by Sabatini, it's an architectural marvel with detailed frescoes and statues. The Throne Room: Absolutely majestic with its red velvet walls, golden lions, chandeliers, and Tiepolo’s ceiling frescoes. The Royal Armoury: A hidden gem, with a stunning collection of ceremonial armour and weaponry — great for history buffs. The Royal Chapel: Beautiful and serene, showcasing religious art and architectural harmony. Banquet Halls and Audience Chambers: Rich in historical detail and royal symbolism, with intricate tapestries and porcelain rooms. The use of audio guides or booking a guided tour is highly recommended — they offer deeper context into each room, the palace’s role in Spanish history, and the artistic significance of what you're seeing. Gardens & Views: Don't miss the Campo del Moro Gardens behind the palace, or the view over Plaza de la Armería. The palace is perched on a hill, so you get stunning panoramic views of Madrid and the surrounding landscape. Practical Tips for Future Visitors: Arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for finding the entrance and going through security. Download or bring headphones if you're using an app-based audio guide. Wear comfortable shoes — the palace is large and includes a lot of walking on stone or marble floors. No photos are allowed in many rooms — respect signage. Try visiting early in the morning or midweek for fewer crowds inside, even with skip-the-line access. Restrooms and gift shops are available near the exit — worth a visit for books and royal-themed gifts. Overall Experience: The Royal Palace of Madrid is a must-see. The skip-the-line access made our visit smooth and stress-free, allowing us to focus entirely on soaking in the history, grandeur, and artistry of this incredible place. Whether you’re a fan of architecture, history, or simply curious about European royalty, this experience delivers immense cultural value. A truly memorable part of our visit to Madrid.
Marisol took us on a walking tour to the palace and with amusing anecdotes she was able to tell us the history of that part of the city and of the palace with fascination.

The highlight of my visit was the guide who was excellent. The palace was very impressive and I look forward to returning to see new rooms that are due to open in the future.
David was an informative, engaging tour guide and made the palace tour highly enjoyable - in total there are hundreds of rooms in the Palacio Real but with the rooms selected for us to visit, I didn't feel like anything was skipped over or that we missed out. A lot of interesting history condensed into a worthwhile, fun tour!
We liked that we were able to skip the line. We would have preferred a tour that had left on time (10am) and had gone directly to The Royal Palace, Although Laura was very sweet and patient, we found her English difficult to understand to the point that my husband just turned off the audio. Still, we made the best of it and were glad we went.
We loved the Madrid Royal Palace tour with Headout. The tour started with a short walk from the Headout ticketing office to the palace and David the tour guide was very nice and very informative.
The guide had a very good and clear story with lots of extras about the history. She did it in a very engaging way.

An extraordinary guide, knowledgeable and very attentive. Many thanks to him for his wonderful hospitality.🥰
It was nice to hear more background information on several important works of art. The guide did a very good job. It is unfortunate that you are walking with such a large group in an already crowded museum but after the tour you have plenty of time to walk around on your own.

The guided tour was shorter than 1,5 hours, probably more like 1 hour and the group was 16 people so too big to stay close to the guide and ask questions.
All in all an excellent experience. Enjoyed learning from the Guide, Laura, as she had some great insight into some of the paintings in the Prado. You ask for photos below, however, we were not allowed to take any photos.
Tour guide was fantastic. She gave us the history of some iconic paintings and others which gave us great perspective. if not for our guide, the museum would have been overwhelming and we would not have learned nearly as much. Thank you!
Our Guide (Blanca) was really knowledgeable and gave us an insight to a selective number of paintings. Without this we would have just looked at them and moved on without really understanding the background and the art. It has changed the way we approach our visits to such venues and would look to book a personal guide again rather than just access to the building
Our guide David was super knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. He seemed to navigate the crowds very well - though we were just a small group. Things got off to a bad start as we did not know how to identify our guide or group! There were four or five people in jackets sitting around with "Fun" on them, but they made no effort to engage with us.
Our guide, Blanca, was absolutely fantastic. She brought the masterpieces to life with her engaging and interactive explanations. Thanks to her lively storytelling, even my 7-year-old son was fully captivated throughout the entire 1.5-hour tour—he didn’t complain once! Time flew by, and we all came away with a deeper appreciation for the art. Thank you, Blanca, for making the experience so memorable!
We were in the beginning of the visit when came the electricity collapse in Madrid. Our visit was very quickly rebooked for the next day and Blanca was the perfect guide.
The guide did fantastic job presenting us the different artists and their work ! Well made presentation in English and easy to understand. 10/10
The guide speaks good English and inspires the group with information about the paintings and sculptures. A very good guided tour.
I loved that I was able to buy tickets at the last minute. The guide was superb -- energetic, knowledgeable, and personable. His enthusiasm for art could not help but infect his listeners, too. The ticketing process had a glitch. It took a long time to get 2-step verification from my bank to pay for tickets with my credit card. I had to log into the app before they would send a verification code to let the purchase go forward. While I struggled with that, the Headout website refreshed itself and reassigned the tickets to the default setting -- the current day. I ended up paying for two tickets that I could not use because I was not yet even in Madrid. Please do one of two things: 1. Allow more time before your website refreshes or 2. Notify users that the date has been reset to the default date (current date) with a big, hard-to-miss pop-up screen.
The tour was excellent and gave a fantastic overview of the various highlights of the museum.
